MaruCHOT: อำลาโดย ผู้บริหาร

ผม นายบรรจบ องค์ธนะสิน กรรมผู้จัดการและผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนมารุโชติ (MaruCHOT School) หรือ โรงเรียนมารุสอนการอาชีพเรือสำราญและการโรงแรม (ไม่มีสาขา) ขออนุญาตแจ้งข่าวสารสำคัญที่มาพร้อมกับความรู้สึกหลากหลาย ทั้งความภาคภูมิใจในเส้นทางที่เราได้ร่วมกันเดินผ่านมา และความเสียใจอย่างสุดซึ้งต่อการตัดสินใจยุติการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนอย่างเป็นทางการ ซึ่งจะมีผลตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป

ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา มารุโชติได้ทำหน้าที่อย่างสุดความสามารถในการบ่มเพาะเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งความฝัน ให้เติบโตเป็นบุคลากรคุณภาพในสายอาชีพเรือสำราญและการโรงแรม และสิ่งนี้จะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เลยหากปราศจากความทุ่มเทของ ผู้บริหาร กรรมการบริหาร ทีมอาจารย์ ครูผู้สอนทุกวิชา คณะทำงานธุรการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกท่าน ทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน พวกเราทุกคน ได้ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์โอกาสจากจุดเริ่มต้น จวบจนวันนี้ (เมษายน 2569) ให้กับนักเรียนกว่า 58 รุ่น รวมกว่า 448 ชีวิต ด้วยหลักสูตรที่เป็นผู้นำและได้รับการรับรองจาก สช. อาทิ หลักสูตรนานาชาติการบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม 600 ชั่วโมงแห่งแรกในประเทศไทย ความสำเร็จของศิษย์เก่าที่ได้งานสูงถึง 94% ในโรงแรมชั้นนำและเรือสำราญระดับโลก คือบทพิสูจน์ถึงความมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเทและความร่วมมืออันแข็งแกร่งของเราทุกคน ผมขอขอบคุณทุกความไว้วางใจ ทุกการสนับสนุน และทุกความร่วมมืออันมีค่าที่ท่านได้มอบให้มาโดยตลอด เราภาคภูมิใจอย่างยิ่งที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเดินทางแห่งความสำเร็จของทุกท่านครับ

ไม่ว่าเส้นทางใด ย่อมมีอุปสรรคและความท้าทาย และในทุกก้าวเดินที่ผ่านมา แม้พวกเราจะตั้งใจและทุ่มเทอย่างเต็มที่ ก็ตระหนักดีว่าคงไม่มีสิ่งใดสมบูรณ์แบบร้อยเปอร์เซ็นต์ หากมีข้อบกพร่องใดๆ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นโดยไม่เจตนา หรือสิ่งใดที่ยังไม่สามารถตอบสนองทุกความคาดหวังได้ครบถ้วน พวกเราขอน้อมรับและขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วยครับ ทั้งนี้ ด้วยสถานการณ์ทางเศรษฐกิจที่ผันผวน และความท้าทายในการบริหารจัดการหลายด้าน ทำให้เราต้องพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบถึงแนวทางที่ดีที่สุด และการตัดสินใจครั้งนี้เป็นการแสดงออกถึงความรับผิดชอบสูงสุดที่พวกเรามี อย่างไรก็ตาม การยุติการดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้ ไม่ได้หมายถึงการสิ้นสุดของความผูกพันหรือคุณค่าที่เราได้สร้างร่วมกันมาครับ

ปรัชญาและวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของเราที่ยึดมั่นใน "Maru CHOT Way" ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Kaizen (ไคเซ็น) หรือการมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง, Learning by Doing (เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง) ที่เน้นการลงมือทำเพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์, Genchi Genbutsu (เก็นจิ เก็นบุตสึ) ที่สอนให้ลงไปดูสถานการณ์จริง และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ Never give up, be yourself (ไม่ยอมแพ้ เป็นตัวของตัวเอง) สิ่งเหล่านี้ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงหลักการบนกระดาษ แต่ได้ถูกปลูกฝังลงในจิตวิญญาณของศิษย์เก่าและนักเรียนทุกคน พร้อมด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ที่มุ่งมั่นพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญทั้งด้านภาษาอังกฤษ บุคลิกภาพ และทักษะวิชาชีพ... ผมเชื่อมั่นว่านี่คือรากฐานอันแข็งแกร่งที่จะนำพาท่านก้าวผ่านทุกความท้าทายในชีวิตได้อย่างแน่นอนครับ

ดังที่เราเชื่อเสมอว่า "ภาษาดี ความรู้และบุคลิกภาพดี สร้างอนาคตที่ดี" ผมขอเป็นกำลังใจให้นักเรียนปัจจุบันและศิษย์เก่าทุกท่าน ให้นำความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์อันทรงคุณค่าที่ได้จากมารุโชติ ไปปรับใช้ในเส้นทางข้างหน้า ขอให้ทุกท่านก้าวข้ามอุปสรรคด้วยสติปัญญา ความมุ่งมั่น และไม่ย่อท้อ ตามแนวทาง "Never give up, be yourself" ที่เราได้ปลูกฝัง ดังที่เราเคยผลักดันกันมาเสมอว่า "ฝันให้ไกล ไปให้ถึง งานรายได้ดี ได้เที่ยวฟรีรอบโลก" ครับ แม้การดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนจะยุติลง แต่จิตวิญญาณแห่งความมุ่งมั่นและความเชื่อในศักยภาพของตนเอง ที่มารุโชติได้จุดประกาย จะยังคงเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ทุกท่านประสบความสำเร็จ ราบรื่นตลอดไปครับ

และแม้ว่าเส้นทางของโรงเรียนจะสิ้นสุดลง แต่ พวกเราในฐานะผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ ทีมครูผู้สอน ตลอดจนบุคลากรทุกหน่วยงานของโรงเรียนมารุโชติ ขอให้คำมั่นว่ายังคงมุ่งมั่นให้การสนับสนุนศิษย์เก่าและนักเรียนปัจจุบันอย่างต่อเนื่อง เราจะไม่ทอดทิ้งกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการประสานงานด้านการฝึกงานโรงแรม การเป็นสะพานเชื่อมโอกาสกับบริษัทจัดหางาน หรือการติดต่อเพื่อขอเอกสารและสอบถามข้อมูลสำคัญ “We are Family” เราพร้อมเคียงข้างทุกท่านเสมอผ่านช่องทาง Website, โทรศัพท์ และ Line กลุ่มและเพจโรงเรียน

ในโอกาสนี้ ผม นายบรรจบ องค์ธนะสิน ขอขอบคุณจากใจจริงสำหรับทุกภาคส่วนที่ได้ร่วมสร้างตำนานบทนี้ด้วยกัน ด้วยความไม่ย่อท้อและไม่ทอดทิ้งกันยามยาก ความสำเร็จของท่านคือความภาคภูมิใจของเราเสมอ และเราจะยังคงเป็นกำลังใจให้กันและกันตลอดไปครับ

MaruCHOT: A Farewell from the Management

Dear Parents, Students, Alumni, Staff, and Valued Supporters,

I, Mr. Bunchob Ongtanasin, Managing Director and School Director of MaruCHOT School, also known as Maru Cruise & Hotel Job Training School, would like to respectfully inform you of an important announcement that comes with a mix of emotions: profound pride in the journey we have shared, and deep regret regarding the official decision to cease the school's operations, effective from May 2026 onwards.

Over the past 5 years, MaruCHOT has diligently fulfilled its mission of nurturing the seeds of dreams, helping them grow into skilled professionals in the cruise and hotel industry. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of our Executive Board, management, teaching staff, administrative teams, and all other personnel, both past and present. Together, we have created opportunities from the very beginning up until today (April 2026) for over 58 cohorts, encompassing more than 448 students. Our leading curricula, accredited by the Private Education Commission (PEC), such as Thailand's first 600-hour International Food and Beverage Service program, along with the remarkable success of our alumni—with 94% securing employment in leading hotels and world-class cruise lines—stand as testament to our collective dedication and strong collaboration. I extend my sincerest gratitude for all the trust, support, and invaluable cooperation you have consistently shown us. We are immensely proud to have been a part of your journey towards success.

Every journey inevitably faces obstacles and challenges. And in every step we have taken, while we have always intended and dedicated ourselves fully, we are well aware that nothing is ever one hundred percent perfect. Should there have been any unintentional shortcomings or instances where we could not fully meet all expectations, we humbly accept and sincerely apologize for them. Consequently, due to the fluctuating economic situation and various management challenges, we had to carefully consider the best course of action. This decision ultimately reflects our utmost responsibility. Nevertheless, this cessation of operations does not signify an end to the bonds or values we have collectively built.

Our philosophy and organizational culture, firmly rooted in the "Maru CHOT Way" – embracing Kaizen (continuous improvement), Learning by Doing (emphasizing hands-on experience), Genchi Genbutsu (going to the actual place to understand the situation), and most importantly, "Never give up, be yourself" – are not merely concepts on paper; they have been ingrained into the spirit of every alumnus and student, alongside our vision to empower students with proficiency in English, strong personality, and professional skills. I am confident that these are the strong foundations that will undoubtedly enable you to overcome every challenge in life.

As we have always believed: "Good language, knowledge, and personality create a good future." I wish to encourage all current students and alumni to apply the valuable knowledge, skills, and experiences gained from MaruCHOT to your future paths. May all of you overcome challenges with wisdom, determination, and perseverance, adhering to the "Never give up, be yourself" principle we have instilled. As we have always motivated: "Dream big, reach your goals, get a good job, and travel the world for free." Although the school's operations will cease, the spirit of determination and self-belief ignited by MaruCHOT will continue to inspire all of you towards continuous success and prosperity.

And even though the school's journey is coming to an end, we, the management, faculty, teaching staff, and all departments of MaruCHOT School, pledge our unwavering commitment to continuously support our alumni and current students. We will not abandon you. Whether it's coordinating hotel internships, serving as a bridge to job opportunities with recruitment agencies, or assisting with requests for official documents and important information – "We are Family." We stand ready to support you always through our Website, telephone, and Line groups/school page.

On this occasion, I, Mr. Bunchob Ongtanasin, extend my heartfelt gratitude to all sectors who have collaboratively built this legacy with resilience and unwavering support during challenging times. Your success has always been our pride, and we will continue to inspire and support one another always.
