To all esteemed Parents, Students, Alumni, and Supporters,

It is with a heavy heart and profound regret that Maru Cruise & Hotel Job Training School, widely known as Maru CHOT School, announces a crucial decision regarding the cessation of our operations.

Over the past five years, Maru CHOT School has proudly fulfilled its mission of nurturing and shaping over 450 students across 58 batches, preparing them for successful careers in the cruise and hotel industry. We have dedicated our utmost efforts to provide quality education, create opportunities, and continuously foster the potential of each and every one of our students. We extend our sincere gratitude for your trust, support, and for being an integral part of our journey towards success.

However, amidst rapid economic changes and significant operational challenges, including continuously rising operating costs, rent for premises within the shopping mall that was disproportionate to the number of students, and various regulatory limitations, the management team has striven tirelessly to explore all avenues to ensure the school's sustainable operation and responsibility towards all parties.

With immense pain and after thorough consideration of all possibilities, the management board of Maru CHOT School has, with great reluctance, made the difficult decision to permanently cease all operations.

To keep everyone informed and prepared, the school wishes to announce the following key dates:

•   Official cessation of all teaching and operations: Effective from May 2026 onwards.

•   New student admissions: Please be informed that the school will no longer be accepting new student applications for any courses, effective immediately.

On this occasion, Maru CHOT School wishes to express its deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to all of you:

•   To Parents: For your invaluable trust in entrusting us with the education of your children.

•   To all Alumni: You are the driving force who have created an honorable reputation and immense pride for this institution.

•   To all Personnel: Our teachers, instructors, staff members, and all those who have dedicated their physical and mental strength, intellect, and capabilities to tirelessly develop our school.

We firmly believe that the seeds of knowledge, skills, and invaluable experiences you have gained from 'Baan Maru CHOT' (the home of Maru CHOT) will serve as a strong foundation, a guiding light, and a driving force for each of you to achieve stable and proud success in your chosen careers.

Even though the operational journey of Maru CHOT School is coming to an end, our commitment to supporting our students continues. We are dedicated to providing care and facilitating a smooth transition for all, with the following details:

•   For current students: The school will continue to provide full support and coordinate hotel internships until their completion in August 2026.

•   For alumni and career opportunities: Should any recruitment agencies in the cruise and hotel industry wish to hire personnel, Maru CHOT School will gladly continue to serve as a 'bridge to opportunities' and will disseminate job position information to all alumni and interested individuals via the school's LINE group as before.
