โรงเรียนมารุสอนอาชีพการเรือสำราญและการโรงแรม หรือ Maru CHOT (มารุ โชติ) ได้รับอนุญาตให้จัดตั้งโรงเรียนและได้รับการรับรองหลักสูตร จากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ โดยการดูแลของสำนักคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน (ส.ช.) (Office of the Private Education Commission)

    ทางสถาบันมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาบุคคลผู้มีความสนใจ ให้มีคุณสมบัติที่พร้อมเพื่อรองรับการทำงานด้านบริการในสาขาต่างๆอย่างมืออาชีพ หลักสูตรของเราเป็นหลักสูตรพัฒนาความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับงานบริการ และหลักสูตรวิชาชีพเฉพาะด้านการบริการ รวมถึงการส่งผู้เข้าอบรมไปฝึกงานยังสถานประกอบการด้านการโรงแรมชั้นนำ 4-5 ดาว เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนคุ้นเคยกับระบบการทำงานระดับมาตรฐานสากล และพัฒนาทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานจริง ทางสถาบันยังให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านคำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนผู้เข้าอบรมวิชาชีพ เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการสมัครงานเพื่อร่วมงานกับเรือสำราญชั้นนำระดับโลก และโรงแรมชั้นนำระดับประเทศ
